To the extent they are owned by or licensed to RevenShield, the original materials of RevenShield are protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright. These materials include:

• the original source code of the website, the app, the browser extension and the Windows helper;
• original interface designs, including the cooldown screen;
• graphics, illustrations and the RevenShield name and logo;
• texts, help articles and other documentation.

Copyright exists without registration. RevenShield does not claim to hold any registered trademark, registered design or patent.

You may use the Service as described in the Terms of Service, and you may share links to our pages. Copying, redistributing, modifying or commercially exploiting protected RevenShield materials without our permission is not authorised.

This does not limit what the law allows anyway (for example fair dealing or quoting with attribution), or what an open-source licence allows for the parts it covers.

Third-party trademarks, platform names and logos belong to their respective owners. cTrader is a trademark of Spotware Systems; Match-Trader is a trademark of Match-Trade Technologies. They are mentioned only to say which platforms RevenShield works with. RevenShield is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any broker, prop firm or trading platform unless we say so expressly.

RevenShield is built with open-source software, which remains the property of its authors and is used under its own licences.

• We do not claim ownership of third-party APIs, trading platforms, broker or prop-firm services, or their data.
• We do not claim ownership of general ideas or concepts, such as pausing trading after losses, cooldowns or trading rules. This notice covers our own expression of them: our code, designs and texts.
• Your trading data and settings remain yours, as described in the Privacy Policy.
